Another twist on welding the nut on it. If the bolt is broken off flush I alwaws had better luck welding a flat washer to the bolt. It is easy to get a good weld to the bolt because you don't have to weld back in a hole and you get plenty of heat to the bolt. The heat helps loosen it and after you get a washer stuck to it real good then weld a nut to the washer. You can weld to the outside of the nut instead of down in the hole which gives you a better weld if youre like me [not the best welder]. I can't remember a bolt that did'nt come using this method. Works equally well on all size bolts. REM
