As Red Raider mentioned, those rings are not broken in yet. If you haven't since overhaul, I would retorque the head. Before you do that, check the clearances on the valve stems. Don't be surprised if the clearance is at zero on a couple of valves as they get reseated. I had that problem on an H 3 years ago on a rebuild. It took about 20 hours to get the #1 exhaust valve seated and the clearance would hold.
