Yes, the transmission has been drained and filled with HY-Tran. I have thought that there may, however be pockets that did not get drained and now the 2 oils are mixed. It may need to be drained again. As far as starting with the clutch disengaged, shifting is not a problem then. I have wondered if these tractors had internal transmission brakes to slow gear rotation for shifting when the clutch was disengaged.
