Perfectly normal for your tractor. I have a Super MTA that does that too. Just rebuilt an H over the winter, have 25 hours on the rebuild now and it always has blue smoke for about 30 seconds after starting, longer if it is colder outside.

These tractors do not have valve seals so oil will leak down the guides when you shut the engine off. I like to see a little blue smoke on start up with my H because then I know the guides are getting proper lubrication. I use straight 30 weight CaseIH oil.
