Have you tried replacing the coil ? Sometimes the spark voltage will be too weak due to internal problems in the coil, also, with a voltmeter, check the voltage on the battery side of your coil to be SURE you are getting your correct battery supply voltage ( 6vdc or 12vdc), be sure engine is running when you test the voltage.
