How big a disk?

I know this question has been asked a million
times, but I can't get the archives to work at all
so....

How big a disk can my Super M pull? My farm
has been rented until recently and now I want
to put down a good cover crop. I also want to
plow and plant some other areas. I've got a
plow but need a disk and need to know what
size.
