M block repair???

The link is to a pic of the front of a block i have.This engine was running excellent except for getting water in the block.After a head and a few gaskets we thought the block was cracked but when we pulled this engine off and tore it down we found this freeze plug behind the timing cover had rusted through.I would like to fix it and put it back on the tractor it came from if its fixable.Anyone have any ideas
