Zenith K-5 Carb. Problem!! What to Do??

My K-5 on the F-20 leaks gas out the bottom when you turn the gas on. We took the bowl off and checked the float and the needle valve. They both seemed to be working fine. Then took them off. The float had a bit of gas inside it, not very much. So I got my spare float, cleaned it and the needle valve up put them in. Put the bowl back on, and turned the gas on once the bowl filled up it again leaked over and ran out the bottom. Took bowl and float off again. This time bent the float a little bit. Put it back on, and the gas still leaked out the bottom of the carb. I am interested in what you guys think. If I have to bend the float some more, or if it may be another problem. Let me know what you think. Thanks in advance.
