B414 info

I understand that the B414 was imported from England and is similar to the 424. I have heard good things about the tractor in general. The one I have found is a gas model in generally good condition. I need a small to medium sized utility and this may fit the bill. I also understand parts are generally easy to find.

The owner says the only problem he has is that it will the PTO will disengage occasionally on its own.

Questions:

Is the PTO potentially a big problem that would require major expense?

Is $1500 a reasonable price?

Would it make a reasonably good loader tractor if it has power steering?
