On my 1937 F-20 I restored from the ground up, I removed all the bolts from the radiator, put in new core,bead blasted upper and lower tanks inside and out,new gaskets and bolts, turned out excellent,I think if you are keeping the tractor it is the only way to go.....Binder-Man
