The 16" tires on front are normal. I don't know if it is a time cut off, but AV and Super AV all had 19" wheels. The front spindle is different length on the 16" or 19" wheel. Other items that differ are drawbar and other hitching devices such as centre mount cultivator. All gear ratios are the same, all sheet metal including fenders are the same.
