I would pay about $250 for it and then think about parting it out. The electric start is worth a couple hundred. PTO extension $100. The rest is gravy. If it has been sitting in the sticks for that long, it is most certainly beyond hope. If it were a rare tractor, it might be worth saving. But since F20's are so prolific, that they rarely are worth more than $1500 restored. You may want to look for a tractor that is running in the $750 range. Take my word for it, it is easy to put $000's into one of these. Tires, paint, parts etc.
