international unknown model no scanner no picture

I have a international tractor it has a factory gas pedal and the shifting linkage runs under the seat transmission is in the rearend only has one brake pedal but individual hand brakes under seat the engine appears to be the same as my 1947 farmall bn tractor has no drawbar just a penal hitch i have been told it is a f 14 shop mule designed by tj hubbard but all the f series tractors i have seen were much bigger and older any info would be very helpfull.
