Cub Fluid Leak

I own a '55 Cub that is leaking fluid (hydraulic I believe) out of the casting hole in front of the inspection plate. I have removed the inspection plate and had the touch control moved up and down several times while running but can't see where it is coming from. Nobody I've talked to has any answers. Any ideas?
