The tranny yoke will probably have to be pried off or taken off with a puller of sorts. The countershaft yoke unscrews by turning counterclockwise. If you go to the Farmall archives and search on "countershaft seal" you will get quite a few entries that describe both of these operations quite well. The Red, John Fritz, has had quite a bit of experience with R/R these seals. FM
