Thanks, I appreceiate the good feedback. I accidentally fell upon this tractor. Took the scenic route while looking for case LP parts and saw this next to a garden. I stopped and asked the old man (81 years old)if I couyld look at it. He asked if I would be interested in buying it and I was certainly game. I pulled the battery out of my truck , put it on the tractor and it fired rightup. He said it was too tall for him to crawl up on and he was only using his allis now for the garden. He had farmed sugar cane all of his life and had plenty of stories to tell. He was in good shape and looked like he was 60 years old. He had rolled the MV over turning too quickly about 45 years ago and his foot was pinned under the lp tank for about 6 hours. That was quite a story. I still drop by occassionally to here his stories.
