David, please do me a favor. I have overhauled more of those than you can imagine. If you know your way around overhauling that tractor, get a set of rings for the pistons, gasket set, pull the sleeves, replace o'rings, after cleaning thoroughly. I will personally gaurantee if that is done right, you will have a tractor worth much more, and cheaper than going the other route. When I still did that work, those tractors were on a waiting list. Didn't matter what shape. My opinion of course, but I really thought they were a terrific tractor, if taken care of.
