1948 MV LP

I've been loking for a MV and have finally found one. It was convertd to LP in 1965 and was orgianlly a distillate burning tractor. It is complete except for the original tank and carb which was removed to install the LP system. It also has the two hydraulic rams lift set up. It runs and operates and doesn't smoke at all. The only thing I can find wrong is that one brake needs new pads and the seat is rusted out. What is this tractor worth? Does the LP conversion reduce its value? thanks
