There's a fellow shutting down his truck farm south of Seattle that has several for sale. In addition to the axle extensions you need a cross-brace between the final drive housings if you are going to mount anything heavy like a spray rig. The fellow at this truck farm told me they would break axle housings with those extensions if they weren't braced. He also had this one that had the larger rims but no extensions.
