duel fuel 1950 H

Hi.I have a 1950 H ser #328594 that is a duel fuel tractor. I have been told that in the late 40's IH all but quit making duel fuels tractors . So--Is it rare? Does anyone know how many duel fuel tractors they built in 1950 or where i could find out? Also, would it be worth putting back to its original state. It still has working shutters and the distillate carb,the starting tank has been removed, and the manifold is cracked--BAD. Should I just put a gas manifold on it and forget it? Thanks for any info.
