Problem with H after rebuild!

OK,she idles and runs at full throttle,not very well though.It has this miss at all speeds except when under light load.Points ok,timing ok.When I turn the mixture screws,the only difference is the amout of smoke that comes out the exaust pipe.I can clear it up by turning the idle screw and get rid of that.USed my little propane torch to check for manifold leak and nothing changed.(even tried some ether,,,,I know DANGEROUS!)New plugs and wires,cap and rotor are good,even took one off of my other tractor and same thing.Reckon I need to go ahead and rebuild the carb!
