Now ifun it was me, I'd check out the gas supply. Start with the drain cock and glass to satisfy yourself its getting out of the tank without an obstruction. Then ensure the line and carb filter are clear. THEN, inspect the governor for freedom of movement and adjustment. If you've already gone this route we all are curious to what you find? Too often everybody gives advice, but we never learn whose it was that turned the trick. It's a little education for all of us.
