I like to use a pry bar on the flywheel ring after I have soaked it in something for a few days, you can work it back and forth easier off the flywheel than anywhere else. Alot of times they dont wanna go in the dir. of rotation but they will back up some. And if that dont work tear it down and build it, I'd love to have an H with a fresh engine rebuild for $500 or so.
