I don't have a Woods mower now, but used an L59 mower on a Super A and then a 140 (which replaced the Super A) for around 18 years. Mowing about 4 acres at least once a week during mowing season, the belt would usually last at least 4 or 5 years. The key is getting the belt adjusted correctly and making sure you have enough tension on it. The belt needs to be very tight.
