you could try disconnecting the link to the pump, and move it to the extremes manually. Then it would just be an adjustment of the linkage. If not you will probably have to take the pump apart and see what is sticking or broken. Oh, you should make sure there is oil in the pump by opening the drain. If you need another pump, I have one for $175. -Greg
