If I was you, I would go to your local auto parts store and get some green machinist Loctite. Put it on the bottom 1/3 of the sleeves and put them in. I would get three new sleeves, and put the Loctite on them as well. Be sure to check sleeve protrusion before you apply the loctite. Also, try every sleeve in every hole. There will be one that will fit a little tighter than the rest in a really loose hole. If you take the head of any 560D you will find a cracked sleeve or two. In your case three. That's just the way they are. They will run just fine and have a cracked sleeve. I would closely examine and check the head and the block deck for warpage. I would bet that is why it is loosing antifreeze. If you have an early serial # 282, check for a crack in the rear of the head. Usually on the rear most head bolt hole. Mine was cracked there. From what I have been told, it is common on the early ones. If you ever have to get a different head, get one for a 656D, they have the big valves and are much better about not cracking. Good luck,
