The bolts on it are stud sort of deals, but they are permanently attached to the seat pan rather than the mounting. So just cut the old ones out of there, and buy a new seat pan, about $75 from IH it seems like. I think ten bucks or so would do it for what you got yourself. And IH should have all the other parts, like shock absorbers, and garden hose will work for the rubber grommets if you don't want to buy them.
