Yeah and idiots that throw cigarettes out the window will certainly start fires. I see pasture burned up here in Texas every year from that when it stops raining. If you are gonna smoke the nasty things, at least have the decency to take the butts to the trash where they can be buried instead of burning acres of grazing or just littering up the roadside. Smokers aer very inconsiderate, like every one should enjoy their disgusting habit.
