Felt rear main seal. Install dry or oil soaked?

I saw a couple posts in the archives about this, but none of them really gave me a good answer to my question; Should you install a new felt rear main seal (Farmall H) dry, presoaked in oil, or just coated with oil on the inside diameter? The engine is not freshly rebuilt. I'm just taking it out, replacing the seal, and reinstalling the engine. Any advice?
