I have done this procedure a couple of times, no big deal. The pump just slides off once the lines and bolts on the exterior are removed, the pump has a keyed shaft as I recall. I just replaced the seal and reinstalled the pump, filled the reservoir with hytran and started the tractor up, had no problem priming the pump, just worked the levers back and forth a few times and it was a done deal.
