There are three O-rings in there, no gaskets. I found that lifting the reservoir on my 300U was going to be quite awkward, so I used a engine hoist, made the job much easier. If you don't have a hoist, be prepared to lift about a 60-80 pound item. There is a gasket between the reservoir and base that you will probably need to replace. It's about 15 bucks at the dealer, but since it is so large, I sprang for the gasket instead of trying to cut one myself. The previous owner used "blue snot" sealant on it and I found a lot of that stuff in the reservoir, so I wouldn't recommend that for a sealant.
