Buying a 350 Utility - steering leakage

I am looking at a 350 Utility. Has fluid coming from seal between what appears to be the steering box and the tranny. Is this a tough leak to repair?

Looks like a lot coming out. The guy must have just kept adding new fluid, it is clear and golden colored.I don't know if the steering is just lifted off and new seal or gasket installed or what. I am new to tractors and need to consider this before buying.

Otherwise tractor runs great, has loader, power steering, and blade. TA doesn't work. $4700
