If you mean you want a live PTO, I don't know any way to do that. If you just want it to coast so it does not push the tractor, you can buy an over running clutch to put on the PTO shaft between the tractor PTO and the implement shaft. That lets the implement continue turning (coasting) when you stop the tractor. Cost about $70 at most any farm supply or equipment dealer.
