Sounds like fuel starvation to me...like the others said...check your float level in the carb, and if you look at your carb, you'll see a small brass nut near the bottom of the float chamber..unscrew it and take it out.It is actually a small orifice which fuel passes through, check the hole in the end of the shaft,it may be stopped up and you can clean it with a small needle or acetylene "cleaner wire" kit, if you have one. Last, check the governor rod at the carb, sometimes they get "gummy" and don't open properly. Good luck !!
