I don't think you are going to have much luck- you will have to cobble together another pto unit for the back with a gear unit probably. I think you could turn the engine up a few RPM's, but i'm not sure about twice the speed..... and the PTO unit is a direct hook to the shaft in the transmission. Maybe just some external chain drive thing to speed up the rpm's would work best, just any old roller chain should be able to transmit enough hp.
