You do not have a 340 utility, they all came with 28" tires. What you have is a Farmall and some of them came with 38" as did most Farmalls of that size and larger. A few of them, however came with 36" tires which was of course standard on the C, Super C, 200, 230 and 240. Then again IH sold a lot of tractors under tired. I had a 656, it came with 15.5 x 38. When I installed 16.9 x 38 it became a tractor.
