If it is a 1946 model, it's not a Super A. $3000 is steep for an A(at least it is here). If you can, get the serial number or a casting code. The casting codes are on all the major castings, and they look like this: 12*20*P where the star represents what looks like the head of a screw. It reads day*month*year. The year is represented by the letter. Post your findings and we'll figure it out!
