On the right hand top of the PTO Housing there is a little cover 1" x 2" with one screw holding it on under it are 2 screws with lock nut 1 in front of the other front one adjusts clutch back one adj brake loosen nut screw the screw in that is a band clutch and brake both the same when new could change clutch for brake and get more life out of them, should be able to get it apart without removing from tractor.
