47 Farmall Cub Wiring

Bought a new wiring harness for my 47 Cub. The old one was gone.trying to identify where to connect everything. My manual shows an "L" terminal on the regulator (wire#22 on the 6 volt magneto version)going to a junction block on the rear next to the battery. Mine does not have this juntion block. My question is what was this connection for? Is it a ground point? A -6v connetion for the rear lights? I don't have the rear lights either. Any help is appreciated.
