My brother has a Charlynn unit on an H. Don't know what it has for pump, its live, but its not off the timing gear like SH's-its under the hood someplace & I've never really looked at it. If you don't get any response, I'll take a look next week-end & get back to ya.
BTW, who's the good lookin gal reading the parts manual(?) in the background of the 450 pictures? Also, did ya see my post below? (My $0.02 worth. jal-SD)

Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
