I AM trying to get out the bull pinion gears to replace some seals and bearings.WITH SOME HELP FROM YOU GUYS GOT THE tranny cover off. Thanks took care of one problem now have another.Took the cap screws out of the bull gear and it looks like the axle has to slide out to let the gear off the shaft. The book says take out the 4 axle retaining bolts which I thought were the 4 on the far outside end of the axle.removed these only to find that did nothing! The 4 bolts they are talking about are they the 4 bolts on the inside of gear which look like they are diffecult to impossible to get out.Any and all help would be great. Thanks Guys!!!!!!!
