The seal is very easy to replace, remove the bolt and washer in the center of the pulley and the pulley can be taken off. It is very easy to see how the seal can be replaced at this point. Any dealer handling Farmall/IH parts should have the seal and gasket, or they can order them. I can get them for you, if you are unable to buy them.
