You should check the condition of the face of the flywheel, and the starting ring for wear.

I would replace the pressure plate too, it won't cost you that much more to do it now while the tractor is split.

There is a "Farmall A Clutch Kit" listed for sale in the auction area on this site.

This kit will fit the Models A - SA - B - and BN.

I belive that the high bid as of now is $45.00.

I don't think that the pilot bearing is included in this kit, but you should be able to buy one from your local NAPA store, or parts supplier.
