Does it do it when you are cranking it trying to start it. If so you just flooded it some this could be normal. most carbs have a small hole just ahead of the choke so the exessive gas can excape. Or is the gas just running out when the engine is just sitting. if so it could be that your float is stuck, the float might have a leak and it could have gas inside of it making it heavy, or there could be some crap stuck in the valve seat. Just some ideas that it could be.
