Mike has it right, it should hook up to a pipe or hose that goes to the air cleaner. I think the port on the air cleaner is going off to the side of the intake pipe. It seems, if I recall correctly, that there is a special sort of fitting on the engine side of things to let you hook a hose to it. Maybe just a hydraulic breather fitting would do you for now.
