Yes there shoud be toe in on them and you check that at the center line of the spindel in the center of the tire tread ft. and back anywhere of 1/8th inch to 3/16th of an inch. would be good and to check spindel slop like the other guy said jack up the ft end and use a long pry bar and move it up and down and side to side , i am sure that you will find that the bushing are wore since it is not a new one and you can replace the top and bottom bushing and thrust bearing on the bottom but it will not get it all out unless you replace the spindels and that will get a bit pricey remember it is only a tractor and not a race car some slop is allowed.
