Farmall C Brakes

Hey guys...I was looking at my uncles C today and the only thing holding us back from using it is the brakes arnt finished...they have been taken off but not put back together...he has all of the parts but just not finished...now my question is how hard is it to replace these brakes...will I spend 20 minutes or the 2 hours?...Thanks
