Farmall C belts

Thanks to everyone for making this such a great message board! You guys are the finest bunch of folks posting on the Internet that I have run across. So many of these boards turn into ugly nasty arguments and personal attacks. Nice to see that there are some courteous decent and helpful folks in this world!
I need to replace the fan and generator belts on my 51 C. How in the world do I get these belts off? I see that I can loosen the generator belt but I cannot see where I can loosen the fan belt. Do I have to pull the radiator and then pull the fan assembly?
