If it isn't already there, post it in "Tractor Photos". After the picture has been added, right-click on it there, and click "Properties" in the popup menu. Right-click on the text to the right of "Address (URL)" on the properties window, and click "Select All". Right click again on the same text and click "Copy". Close the properties window. Go to the discussion forum where you want the picture, right-click in the "Optional Image URL" text box, and click paste. When you post the message, the picture will be in it.
