I agree with Haas. The attachments for the axles are only for the lift all. It used two cylinders, one on each side. The V shaped thing that attaches underneath must be missing. I drove an H with a 3 disk plow when I was a kid. Plow fits H or M. Pain to hook up. We had never heard of power steering, not too hard to steer. Worked fine unless soil was too wet. Usually could pull 6-10 inches deep (depending on the soil) in 2nd gear.
